Real outcomes
Use real outcomes to understand how your agent performs beyond a test.
A real outcome is a result recorded by a person. For example, how a lead actually turned out.
Look beyond a test
A reviewer’s opinion is useful evidence. What happened in the real world matters too.
For a lead sorting agent, compare its suggestions with the leads that turned out to be a good fit. This helps you understand where the instructions still need work.
Record what happened
Use actual outcomes. Do not turn a guess or an AI prediction into a recorded result.
Keep a person responsible for reviewing the work and approving changes.
